Philosophy

Each project is unique and differs in a distinct way from all similar projects. In a way that, case-by-case, requirements may be identified as completely different, either by the Project Owner or the general reference framework and its usefulness.

Thus, the execution of each project is by definition a temporary and unique undertaking – especially in terms of cost, quality and time, in comparison to other productive activities that continuously require the same product.

In KRATES CONSULTING, with a deep awareness of the above, we include in our scope of works two new functions:

Process design that results in the adaptation and optimization of the quality program according to your requirements.
Dynamic decision making system with “identification – evaluation – response” of project opportunities and risks (Risk Management)

With a clear framing of cooperation, therefore, we define and apply the required methodology of development, monitoring, design study and construction of the project, in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standards.

In addition, this framework of cooperation, with a “clean” relationship with you, allows us to “holistically” deal with a project, to be ready for the unexpected, to redesign when needed, not to remain idle in opportunities and ultimately optimize the result.

Nikolaos Moutafis
Founder and CEO

Master degree civil engineer from NTUA Athens, with a long local and international experience in development, management and supervision of large scale projects. Post education in process design for strategic management (MIT) and risk management (UoA).

George Palaskas
Design studies manager

Master degree Civil Engineer from AUTH, static analysis designer for public and private projects. Master in Seismic Design of Construction Projects and specialized in static analysis design studies of building and infrastructure projects.

Haris Pelagiadis
Manager for Electromechanical and Energy Projects

Master degree in mechanical endineering from AUTH, and MBA from ALBA Business School. Long experience in management, designing, supervising and construction large scale mechanical, energy and industrial projects.

Stavroula Kassioni
Contract Management

Master degree in civil engineering from AUTH university, with 27 years of experience in large scale infrastructure, building and environmental projects, specialized in project development, project management, contract management, and QA/QC. Long experience as technical consultant in contracting companies.

Kostas Karakilidis
Construction Manager

Master degree Electrical/Electronic engineer and from AUTH, with long experience in supervision and large scale project management. Post education in construction management and H&S management.

Marios Paparalis
Legal department manager

Degree in Law School from AUTH, and Master degree in Administrative and Taxation Law. Also entitled to participate in Supreme Court proceedings, and has a long experience in a plethora of cases in administrative law, taxation, insurance, urban / regional planning, environmental, public contracts law, local authorities legislation.
